A UX-centered approach to enhance digital data entry for telehealth.
Challenge
In the current ecosystem of Zyla, experts are one of the pillars of the health services they offer. They interact with the users, offer them health guidance and plan the health plan for the future. However, they face a number of challenges while using the digital interfaces. This project was devised as a way to understand what these challenges are and how we can solve for them.
